Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled to make 1 cup
  Half and half/Light cream 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, with fork, mash blue cheese with half-and-half until creamy.
With wire whisk, mix in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
