|Raw wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unbleached flour/Whole wheat flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat cottage cheese and eggs together thoroughly.
Stir in wheat germ, flour, and vanilla lightly.
Cook on very hot griddle; when well browned on one side, flip and brown the other.
