Brie With Almonds

Ingredients
  Brie cheese 1
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Assorted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil cheese with top 3 to 4 inches from heat until soft and warm, about 2 1/2 minutes.
Heat margarine until melted; stir in almonds and brandy.
Pour over cheese.
Garnish with snipped parsley if desired.
