Mixed Baby Greens With Crumbled Blue Cheese's picture
For dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Mixed baby greens 1 1⁄2 Pound (Of Your Choice)
  Crumbled blue cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cherry tomato halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender.
Place the greens in a large salad bowl, pour the salad dressing over and toss.
Sprinkle on the blue cheese and garnish with cherry tomato halves, if desired.
