Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Process cottage cheese at medium speed in electric blender until smooth.
Add other ingredients and blend just long enough to mix thoroughly.
Chill before serving.
