Butterscotch Fondue

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), packed
  Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 14 Ounce (sweetened condensed)
  Vanilla angel cake 1 Teaspoon, cubed
Directions

In saucepan melt butter; stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and water.
Bring to boiling.
Add sweetened condensed milk; simmer, stirring constantly, till mixture reaches 230° (thread stage).
Add vanilla.
Transfer to fondue pot; keep warm over fondue burner.
If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a little milk.
Spear cake cubes on fondue forks; swirl in fondue to coat.
