Sundial Cheese Fruit Platter

  Washington red delicious apples 2
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon
  Roquefort cheese 3 Ounce (1 Triangle Package)
  Old-fashioned cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Pasteurized process gruyere cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Bananas 2 Small
  Anjou pears 2
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pasteurized american cheese slice 8

Place an apple on watercress in center of 12-inch plate.
Cut the Roquefort, Cheddar and Gruyere cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
Insert picks in cheese cubes; spear into center of apple.
Peel bananas; cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths.
Core remaining apple and pears; cut into thick slices.
Dip all fruits in lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Arrange banana lengths, spoke fashion, around center apple.
Alternate apple and pear slices in circle around bananas.
Cut American cheese slices in half diagonally.
Curve into half circles; place between grouped apple and pear slices.
