Blender Fondue

Ingredients
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into cubes
  Swiss cheese/Gouda cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into cubes
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Pour half the wine into a blender container and add half the cheese, cover and blend.
Pour into a fondue pot, chafing dish or double boiler.
Repeat with remaining wine and cheese adding the remaining ingredients as well.
Stir mixture over heat or hot water until cheese melts and mixture thickens smoothly.
Taste for seasoning.
For dipping, set out fingers of avocado bathed in lemon juice to prevent darkening, cubes French bread, hot French fries, or bread sticks.
