Dark Chocolate & Fresh Cream Rum Fondue

Ingredients
  Dark chocolate 8 Ounce, broken into pieces (250 Gram)
  Double cream 6 Tablespoon
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Icing sugar 2 Ounce, sifted (50 Gram)
  Fresh fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Banana, Pear And Apple Slices, Berries, Etc, For Serving)
  Cake cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Melt the chocolate in the top of a double saucepan.
Stir in the cream.
Remove from the heat and stir in the rum and icing sugar.
Pour into a fondue pot or chafing dish set over a small spirit lamp.
Serve with the fruit and cake.
