Dark Chocolate & Fresh Cream Rum Fondue

|Dark chocolate||8 Ounce, broken into pieces (250 Gram)|
|Double cream||6 Tablespoon|
|Icing sugar||2 Ounce, sifted (50 Gram)|
|Fresh fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Banana, Pear And Apple Slices, Berries, Etc, For Serving)|
|Cake cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
Melt the chocolate in the top of a double saucepan.
Stir in the cream.
Remove from the heat and stir in the rum and icing sugar.
Pour into a fondue pot or chafing dish set over a small spirit lamp.
Serve with the fruit and cake.
