Spiced Chocolate Fondue
|Semisweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coffee liqueur/Strong coffee||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place chocolate chips and corn syrup in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
2. Stir in milk, liqueur and cinnamon. Microwave uncovered 2 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until warm. Pour into fondue or chafing dish to keep warm. (If mixture become too thick, stir in small amount of milk.) Spear Dippers with fondue forks; dip and swirl in fondue with stirring' motion.
