|Sharp american cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Top milk||4 Tablespoon|
|Pan broiled bacon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix grated cheese with mustard, top milk and salt.
Split buns in half, toast or not as desired, and spread cut surfaces with butter and cheese mixture.
Place under the broiler and toast until cheese is puffy and golden brown.
Garnish with hot bacon, a tomato slice and a sprig of cress.
