Grilled Cheese And Tomato Sandwich
|Low calorie italian salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hamburger buns||2 , split|
|Tomato slices||4 Large (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Basil leaf||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||3 Tablespoon|
1. Brush salad dressing over buns; broil just until golden brown.
2. Top each bun with a tomato slice, brush with additional salad dressing, sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and basil, then top with grated Parmesan or Romano.
3. Return to the broiler; broil just till the cheese is lightly browned.
