Cheesy Snack Bread
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Frozen bread dough||1 Pound, thawed (1 Loaf)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopped green chilies||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
Heat oven to 375°.
Press bread dough on bottom of greased 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with chili powder, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, olives, chilies and pimiento.
Bake for 18 to 24 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
Continue baking for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
Cut into 2-inch square, triangle or diamond shapes; serve warm.
