|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||To Taste|
|Chopped salted nuts||1 Tablespoon|
Blend blue cheese and Cheddar cheese with melted butter.
Thin with cream cheese to desired consistency.
Season to taste with hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Roll cheese mixture into log using waxed paper.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Let stand at room temperature until surface is slightly softened.
Roll in chopped salted nuts.
