1. Place cheese on 7-inch plate. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 1 to 2 minutes or just until soft and warm.
2. Place margarine in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 30 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in almonds and brandy; pour over cheese. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with crackers if desired.
