Spaghetti With Oil, Garlic, And Cheese

Ingredients
  Thin spaghetti 1 Pound
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), peeled and minced
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces (3/4 Stick)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
2. About 5 minutes before the spaghetti is done, heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over low heat. Add the garlic, and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in the butter until melted. Remove from heat.
3. Drain the spaghetti thoroughly in a colander, place in a warm serving bowl, and toss with the sauce. Season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese, and serve with Spinach-Bacon Salad with Warm Dressing.
