Honey And Cream Cheese Pie

  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Sugar 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Clear honey 3 Tablespoon, warmed
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Pastry 1
  Flour 6 Ounce (180 Gram)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 3 Ounce (90 Gram)
  Water 3 Tablespoon

First make the pastry.
Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
Add the butter and cut into small pieces with a knife.
Then rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Stir in enough water to bind the mixture together and knead to a dough.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and use to line a 20 cm/8 in flan dish.
Bake blind for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to fairly hot (190° C/375° F or Gas Mark 5).
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and honey together with a wooden spoon.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Pour into the pastry case and return to the oven.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon and leave to cool before serving.
