Cheese Olive Rolls

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced chives 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Minced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped toasted almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped watercress 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine blue cheese, cream cheese and butter; blend thoroughly.
Stir in chives, brandy, olives and salt.
Form mixture into 2 rolls.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Cover with almonds and watercress; chill until ready to serve.
