Arugula, Grapefruit, And Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Arugula 2 1⁄2 Bunch (250 gm) (About 4 Cup)
  Grapefruits 2 , peeled segments
  Soft goat cheese 8 Ounce (Preferably Montrachet Or Caprini)
For dressing:
  Hazelnut oil/Walnut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar/Other fruited vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Arrange arugula on individual plates.
Place 4 to 6 segments of grapefruit on the arugula.
Add 3 to 4 small pats of goat cheese.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, and seasonings in bowl and blend well.
Pour dressing over individual salads.
