Classic Fondue

Fondue is a traditional Swiss communal dish.Fondue is made with different cheese,wine & seasoning.A lot of ingredients depend on where are you making it.
Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Beer 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Cheese cubes 2
  Sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Swiss cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients except bread and melt. Put in fondue pot and dip cheese cubes into fondue.

Hi! I think on the list it is meant to be bread cubes instead of cheese cubes. Then on the "How to" dip bread cubes. It was delicious and a good idea for the Oscar Party! Thanks!
