Pears Stuffed With Blue Cheese
|Ripe dessert pears||2 Large, peeled, halved and cored|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsalted butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce, softened (40 Gram)|
|Blue cheese||3 Ounce, crumbled (75 Gram, Such As Roquefort)|
|Lettuce leaves||4 Large|
Brush the pears all over with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix together the butter and blue cheese, mishing with a fork.
Form into four balls.
Place a lettuce leaf on each of four small plites.
Place a pear half on each, cut side up, and top with a cheese ball.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
