Pears Stuffed With Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  Ripe dessert pears 2 Large, peeled, halved and cored
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce, softened (40 Gram)
  Blue cheese 3 Ounce, crumbled (75 Gram, Such As Roquefort)
  Lettuce leaves 4 Large
Directions

Brush the pears all over with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix together the butter and blue cheese, mishing with a fork.
Form into four balls.
Place a lettuce leaf on each of four small plites.
Place a pear half on each, cut side up, and top with a cheese ball.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
