Cottage Cheese Ring

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into ring mold.
Chill until firm.
