  Aged gouda 8 Ounce
  Manchego cheese 8 Ounce (Spanish)
  Blue stilton cheese 8 Ounce (English)
  Delice de bourgogne 12 Ounce
  Triple creme brie cheese 10 Ounce
  Formaggio 8 Ounce, marinated
  Cheese crackers/Fresh bread 2 Cup (32 tbs) (mozzarella, As Required)
  Fruits and nuts 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Dried)

1. Bring all hard cheeses to room temperature by removing from refrigeration 1-2 hours before serving. Arrange the cheese wedges on a cheese plate. A piece of slate or marble, a serving tray or a cutting board will also work.
