|Flour tortilla||1 (6-Inch Diameter)|
|Canned jalapeno pepper/Canned mild chili||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped, drained|
|Reduced-fat cheddar cheese/Reduced-fat colby cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat broiler. Arrange tortilla directly on oven rack, 6 inches from heat source, and broil until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
2. Transfer tortilla to baking sheet; top with pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. To serve, arrange tortilla on serving plate and top with sour cream.
