Ingredients
  Flour tortilla 1 (6-Inch Diameter)
  Canned jalapeno pepper/Canned mild chili 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped, drained
  Reduced-fat cheddar cheese/Reduced-fat colby cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat broiler. Arrange tortilla directly on oven rack, 6 inches from heat source, and broil until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
2. Transfer tortilla to baking sheet; top with pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. To serve, arrange tortilla on serving plate and top with sour cream.
