Cheese Tray Threesome

Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce (3 Packages, 4 Ounce Each)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds/Poppy / sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped dried prunes 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend the cheeses and milk thoroughly.
Divide mixture into thirds.
Add horseradish and Worcestershire to first part.
Shape into a 1-inch roll and coat with seeds.
Add prunes to second part.
Shape into a 1-inch loaf and coat with chopped nuts.
Add pickle relish to third portion and pat into a triangle.
Coat with chopped parsley.
Chill shapes until firm.
Arrange on a cheese tray with crackers and spreaders as a living-room prelude to dinner.
