Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients
  Flour 225 Gram (2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 175 Gram (Cheddar Type)
  Butter 50 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Sift in a bowl flour and salt.
2. Add cream cheese and butter mix well.
3. Add enough water to hold ingredients together. Knead well and make a smooth dough. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill until required.
4. Roll out according to the direction of the recipe.
