Cream Cheese Pastry
|Flour||225 Gram (2 Cups)|
|Cream cheese||175 Gram (Cheddar Type)|
|Butter||50 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Sift in a bowl flour and salt.
2. Add cream cheese and butter mix well.
3. Add enough water to hold ingredients together. Knead well and make a smooth dough. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill until required.
4. Roll out according to the direction of the recipe.
