Raw Mushroom Salad With Cottage Cheese
|Button mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh or canned)|
|Cottage cheese||225 Gram, cut into small cubes|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Tomatoes||3 , deseeded and quartered|
1. Clean and wipe mushrooms and slice thinly.
2. Mix well the lemon juice, lemon rind, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cottage cheese cubes, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, chillies and coriander in a serving dish. Pour the dressing over it. Mix well and chill.
4. Toss again before serving.
