Raw Mushroom Salad With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  Button mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh or canned)
  Cottage cheese 225 Gram, cut into small cubes
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 3 , deseeded and quartered
Directions

1. Clean and wipe mushrooms and slice thinly.
2. Mix well the lemon juice, lemon rind, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cottage cheese cubes, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, chillies and coriander in a serving dish. Pour the dressing over it. Mix well and chill.
4. Toss again before serving.
