Baked Cheese Macaroni
|Buttered bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato slices||3 (to garnish)|
|Cheese||100 Gram, grated|
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Prepare white sauce accordingly.
Combine macaroni and white sauce.
Place in a greased oven proof or stainless steel casserole dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven (195°C) about 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
During the last 10 minutes of baking, take casserole out from the oven, cover with cheese
Dot with a teaspoon butter.
Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes more.
