  White bread slice 6
  Soft margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fish paste 15 Ounce (1 small jar, smoked salmon, oyster or bloater)
  Meat paste 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 small can)
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon

Trim crusts from the bread; spread slices with a creamed mixture of the margarine and garlic salt.
Cut each slice into 4 squares.
Pinch the corners and press squares, spread-side down, into 24 small tart pans.
Blend fish paste with just enough sour cream to moisten; spoon into half the little bread cases.
Blend meat paste with a spoon or so of sour cream; add this mixture to remaining cases.
Sprinkle all cases with grated cheese.
Bake at 400F for 6 or 7 minutes, or until bread tips are lightly toasted.
