Fondue Italiano

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Spaghetti sauce mix 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 envelope)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 can)
  Natural cheddar cheese 12 Ounce, shredded
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (natural)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Chianti 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian bread 1 , cut in bite size pieces, each with one crust
Directions

In saucepan brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce.
Add cheeses gradually; stir over low heat till cheese is melted.
Blend together cornstarch and wine; add to cheese mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Spear bread cube with fondue fork; dip in fondue mixture, swirling to coat. (If fondue becomes thick, add a little warmed chianti.)
