Tomato Fondue

Ingredients
  Grated cheese 500 Gram (5 cups)
  Tomato paste 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 100 Gram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), sliced lengthwise
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 4 Cup (64 tbs) (2 glasses)
  French bread 1
Directions

1. Rub inside of the fondue pot with garlic. Put butter and melt over low heat.
2. Dilute tomato paste with 1/2 cup water. Pour into the pot with basil and oregano.
3. Add chilli powder, salt and wine. Cook for 8 minutes. Gradually add grated cheese, stir until it has melted and mixture is thick and creamy.
4. Cut bread into bite size and place near fondue pot.
