|Grated cheese||500 Gram (5 cups)|
|Tomato paste||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), sliced lengthwise|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||4 Cup (64 tbs) (2 glasses)|
1. Rub inside of the fondue pot with garlic. Put butter and melt over low heat.
2. Dilute tomato paste with 1/2 cup water. Pour into the pot with basil and oregano.
3. Add chilli powder, salt and wine. Cook for 8 minutes. Gradually add grated cheese, stir until it has melted and mixture is thick and creamy.
4. Cut bread into bite size and place near fondue pot.
