|Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Pound (at room temperature)|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce (at room temperature)|
|Chopped chutney||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Steak sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Beat cheeses together in electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
Mold in volcano shape, making an indentation on top about 3 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep.
Fill with chopped chutney.
Drizzle steak sauce down sides of volcano.
