Cod With Tomato Fondue

Ingredients
For tomato fondue
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , diced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), smashed and chopped
  Canned tomatoes/4 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped 28 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 can)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook 6 minutes over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients of fondue and mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking 18 minutes. Set aside.
