Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook 6 minutes over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients of fondue and mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking 18 minutes. Set aside.
