|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet mint chutney||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk/Egg beaten||4 Tablespoon|
1. Roll out the pastry to 3/4 thick neat rectangle.
2. Spread butter first. Then tomato sauce and chutney. Spread evenly. Roll up like a Swiss roll. Wrap in butter paper and chill.
3. Cut into thin slices, brush with milk or beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle poppy seeds.
4. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven 1 90Â°C-375Â°F-gas mark-5 for 10 minutes.
