Brandied Butterscotch Fondue
|Caramel candies||14 Ounce (1 package, about 48)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Assorted dippers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (pineapple chunks, banana slices, seedless grapes, cake cubes)|
1. Place caramels, cream and salt in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Microwave until caramels can be stirred smooth, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Stir in brandy.
2. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with Dippers.
