Pears With Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  Ripe pear 1 (Cornice Or D'Anjou)
  Diluted lemon juice/Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soft cream cheese 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts/Seeds / chocolate / carob bits 2 Tablespoon
  Mild honey 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream/Sweet wine / liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel, halve lengthwise, and core one pear per serving.
Dip halves into lemon water or pineapple juice to prevent discoloring.
Add nuts, seeds, or bits to taste to cream cheese.
Spread on pear halves and press together.
Spoon honey over pears in individual dishes and pass sour cream, sweet wine, or liqueur such as creme de cacao or Triple Sec.
