Pears With Cream Cheese
|Ripe pear||1 (Cornice Or D'Anjou)|
|Diluted lemon juice/Pineapple juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft cream cheese||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts/Seeds / chocolate / carob bits||2 Tablespoon|
|Mild honey||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream/Sweet wine / liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
Peel, halve lengthwise, and core one pear per serving.
Dip halves into lemon water or pineapple juice to prevent discoloring.
Add nuts, seeds, or bits to taste to cream cheese.
Spread on pear halves and press together.
Spoon honey over pears in individual dishes and pass sour cream, sweet wine, or liqueur such as creme de cacao or Triple Sec.
