Cheese With Herbs And Pasta
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Pasta||1 Pound (Small Ones, Such As Macaroni / Pasta Shells)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ricotta cheese/Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley/1 tablespoon dried parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 tablespoon dried basil||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh oregano/1 tablespoon dried oregano||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently saute the onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Set the pasta to cook in boiling water.
Mix the sour cream and ricotta cheese to a smooth consistency.
Add the parsley, basil and oregano and stir well.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Add this mixture to the saute and place over a very low heat, stirring frequently.
When the pasta has cooked, drain and rinse it well.
Turn it into a serving dish and stir in the hot cheese sauce.
