Cheese With Herbs And Pasta's picture
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Pasta 1 Pound (Small Ones, Such As Macaroni / Pasta Shells)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ricotta cheese/Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley/1 tablespoon dried parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil/1 tablespoon dried basil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano/1 tablespoon dried oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently saute the onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Set the pasta to cook in boiling water.
Mix the sour cream and ricotta cheese to a smooth consistency.
Add the parsley, basil and oregano and stir well.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Add this mixture to the saute and place over a very low heat, stirring frequently.
When the pasta has cooked, drain and rinse it well.
Turn it into a serving dish and stir in the hot cheese sauce.
