Cranberry Cheese Mold

  Orange pineapple flavored gelatin 3 Ounce
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dessert topping mix 2 Ounce (1 package)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 package)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole cranberry sauce 1 Pound (1 can)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger ale 7 Ounce (1 bottle)

Dissolve orange-pineapple gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in orange juice.
Chill till partially set.
Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions.
Blend in cheese; add nuts; fold into gelatin.
Pour into 9x9x2-inch dish.
Chill till almost firm.
Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Stir in gelatin mixture.
Pour over top of first layer.
Chill firm.
