Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frankfurters 1⁄2 Pound, halved crosswise (4 To 5 Frankfurters)
Directions

Spread spinach in bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 -inch baking dish.
Combine rice, soup, onion, and milk; spoon over spinach.
Score halved franks with an X-shape cut; arrange on casserole, pressing into rice.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 20 to 25 minutes.
