Baked Cheese Straws
|Cheese pastry||1 (prepared Using 3 Oz. Flour, Etc.)|
Roll out pastry thinly, cut into strips about 4 in long and about 1/8 in wide, and from the trimmings cut out some rings of about 1 1/4 in diameter.
Rake in a fairly hot oven (400° F., Gas 6) until crisp.
Cool on the baking-sheet.
Fill each ring with straws and arrange neatly on a dish.
