|Milk chocolate/Sweet cooking chocolate||12 Ounce|
|Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Kirsch/Brandy / 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee||2 Tablespoon|
Heat chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur.
Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
Guests select choice of Dippers and place on dessert plates; then, with long-handled forks, they dip each one into chocolate mixture.
