Ingredients
  White bread loaf 1 Pound, unsliced (1 loaf, soft)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Sharp cheddar flavored cheese food 6 Ounce (1 container, cold-pack)
Directions

1 Cut unsliced soft white bread lengthwise into 5 or 6 slices; trim crusts.
2 Spread to edges with softened butter or margarine, then with Cheddar-flavor cheese spread (from a 6-ounce container).
3 Roll up, jelly-roll fashion; wrap; label, date, and freeze.
