|Potato||1 Large, peeled and grated|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||To Taste|
|Chopped parsley/Chives||To Taste|
|Dried herbs||To Taste|
|Oil/Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for shallow frying)|
Mix together the potato, cheese and egg, then add enough flour to make a pancake mixture.
Add whatever seasoning you like.
Fry spoonful of the mixture until golden brown on both sides.
Drain and serve hot.
