Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and grated
  Grated cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley/Chives To Taste
  Dried herbs To Taste
  Oil/Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for shallow frying)
Directions

Mix together the potato, cheese and egg, then add enough flour to make a pancake mixture.
Add whatever seasoning you like.
Fry spoonful of the mixture until golden brown on both sides.
Drain and serve hot.
