Ingredients
  Parmigiano-reggiano cheese 8 Ounce (1 Wedge)
  Fontina cheese/Taleggio cheese 8 Ounce (1 Wedge)
  Gorgonzola cheese 6 Ounce (1 Wedge)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Seedless red grapes/Green / combination 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Medjool dates 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Arrange the cheeses together on a large platter.
2. Drizzle honey around the Gorgonzola.
3. Arrange the fruit, nuts and bread around the cheese.
