Goat Cheese Rosemary

  Chevre cheese/Other goat cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped fresh rosemary 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh baguette slices 12 , lightly toasted

Cut cheese into 12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices.
Sprinkle half of chopped rosemary inan 11-x7-x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; arrange cheese slices over chopped rosemary.
Pour oil over cheese, and sprinkle with remaining half of chopped rosemary.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Remove cheese slices from dish, reserving oil mixture.
Place 1 cheese slice on each baguette slice; brush lightly with reserved oil mixture.
Arrange baguette slices on an ungreased baking sheet.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 1 minute or until cheese is warm.
Garnish, if desired.
