Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, at room temperature (1 Package)
  Sieved confectioners sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sieved (Packed)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla/Lemon juice or 1/2 teaspoon almond or rum flavoring or 1 teaspoon thawed frozen orange juice and enough half and half to make 1/3 cup 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add sugar.
Mix in half and half and flavoring.
Enough for a 9-inch cake.
