Cream Cheese Filling

|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, at room temperature (1 Package)|
|Sieved confectioners sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sieved (Packed)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla/Lemon juice or 1/2 teaspoon almond or rum flavoring or 1 teaspoon thawed frozen orange juice and enough half and half to make 1/3 cup||1 Teaspoon|
Beat cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add sugar.
Mix in half and half and flavoring.
Enough for a 9-inch cake.
