Chocolate Dessert Fondue

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz) (Or 2 Large Cans)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Plain chocolate 8 Ounce
  Instant coffee powder 2 Teaspoon
  Rum 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place milk, sugar, grated chocolate and coffee powder in fondue dish.
Heat to boiling point, stirring, then lower heat and simmer gently 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in rum.
A small fondue dish is used for this rich dessert sauce.
Pineapple, pears, bananas in fair-sized pieces go well with the chocolate flavour or any other fresh or canned fruits can be used.
