|Boneless beef sirloin tip||1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Brown mushroom sauce/Sour cream curry sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Carefully trim off all fat and connective tissue from meat.
Place meat in bowl and refrigerate.
Prepare Brown Mushroom Sauce or Sour Cream Curry Sauce for dipping.
About 20 minutes before serving, heat butter and vegetable oil in a saucepan.
