Cheese Fondue With Dry White Wine
|Shredded sharp process american cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red pepper sauce||6 Drop|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Raw vegetable strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rye bread cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place cheese, red pepper sauce and wine in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes; stir until smooth.
Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
Serve with Dippers.
