Won Ton Crispies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄8 Pound, melted (1/4 Cup)
  Won ton skins/5 egg roll skins 20 (Thin Variety)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brush some of the butter in a 10- by 15-inch rimmed baking pan.
Cut each won ton skin in half to make rectangles (or cut each egg roll skin into quarters, then cut each quarter in half to make 8 small rectangles total).
Arrange close together, without overlapping, in baking pan; brush tops with butter.
Sprinkle with cheese, then with onion, if desired.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven until golden, 5 to 6 minutes.
Repeat until all are baked.
